Refund and Return Policy

At AntiquaDocs, we are committed to providing you with high-quality historical documents and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact us at fernc58@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at fernc58@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at fernc58@gmail.com and send your item to 7040 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Suite 2589, Loxahatchee, FL 33470.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital Products: Including NFTYourDocs.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at fernc58@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at fernc58@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
